MIM has signed a strategic business partnership under TRADEMARK LICENSE AGREEMENT and DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT with TEAC Corporation of Japan relating to audio system, consumer electronics, mobile phones and air-conditioners, within the region of AFTA, Middle East, Indian Sub-continents and Northern African countries as at 2004.

MIM is also the major shareholder in Saudi Arabian Television Mfg. Co., Ltd. (SATJED) located at Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. SATJED is the first television manufacturing company in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and enjoy various government assistant and also tax incentives.
